A studio built around one idea: software should be scoped honestly and built to last.
OneScale Studio is the software and AI engineering arm of OneScale. We work with startups and businesses who need something built — a product, an internal tool, an AI system — and want a team that treats the handover as seriously as the build.
Why we started here
Most businesses that need software end up choosing between two bad options: a large agency that takes months to start and prices accordingly, or an individual freelancer whose availability, and sometimes whose code, disappears after the invoice is paid.
We started OneScale Studio to be the option between those two — small enough to move fast and communicate directly, structured enough to write a real scope, hit a real deadline, and stay reachable once the project ships.
How we work
Every project starts with a scope document and a fixed price, not an open-ended hourly estimate. Development happens in short, visible cycles, so you see progress instead of waiting for a single delivery at the end.
We write code the way we'd want to inherit it — documented, ordinary, and free of dependencies on any one person, including us.

Say no early
If a project isn't a good fit for us — or ready for what it's asking for — we say so in the first call, not four weeks in.
Show working software
You see a working build at every check-in, not a status update describing progress you can't see for yourself.
Own our mistakes
If something we built breaks or falls short of the scope, fixing it is on us, not a billable change request.
